By using the Site to submit a payment to us, you agree to terms and conditions of this policy.
Club Choice Ireland is a company committed to customer satisfaction and consumer financial protection. We are therefore pleased to announce that, at no extra cost to you, and in accordance with ”The Package Travel, Package Tours Regulations 1992” all passengers booking with Club Choice Ireland is fully insured for the initial deposit, and subsequently the balance of monies paid as detailed in your booking confirmation form.
The policy will also include repatriation if required, arising from the cancellation or curtailment of your travel arrangements due to the insolvency of Club Choice Ireland.
This insurance has been arranged with Affirma a trading brand of MGA Cover Services Limited (registered address Farren House The Street, Farren Court Cowfold West Sussex RH 13 8BP, company registration: 08444204 authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority registration number 678541) under a binding authority with the insurer CBL Insurance Europe Limited (registered address 2nd Floor 13-17 Dawson Street Dublin 2 Ireland, who are authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority registration number 203120).
In the unlikely event of insolvency, you must inform Affirma (MGA Cover Services Limited) immediately on +44 (0) 20 3540 4422. Please ensure you retain this booking confirmation form as evidence of cover and value.
Policy exclusions: This policy will not cover any monies paid back to you by your Travel Insurance or any losses which are recoverable under another insurance or bond.
When you submit a payment through our payment forms, you are brought to a secure Hosted Payment Page provided by Worldnet. Information you provide to Worldnet in order to complete the payment is processed and stored on their secure servers. Worldnet are one of the leading payment processors in the world and use the very latest technology to keep your data secure.
You will receive a receipt by e-mail when your payment has been completed. If you do not receive a receipt within 24 hours, please contact us immediately as your payment may not have been processed correctly.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations include cancelling players from the package, a portion of the package or the entire package.
If a customer requests a cancellation and is willing to accept a rain check in lieu of refund, no cancellation fee will be charged; however, refund or rain check considerations involving golf cancellations (including no shows) occurring within 24 hours to arrival are subject to the course’s discretion.
Cancellations involving overnight accommodation require advance notice, vary by property and may incur a charge for one night’s stay. (Please request more details regarding each property’s cancellation policy.)
All cancellations must be submitted via e-mail to Club Choice Ireland and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
- From time of booking to 6 weeks prior to date of arrival – 10% of total tour price. (In some circumstances and entirely at our discretion, this charge may be waived.)
- 4 to 6 weeks prior to date of arrival – 25% of total tour price.
- 4 to 2 weeks prior to date of arrival – 50% of the total tour price.
- 2 weeks or less prior to date of arrival – 100% of the total tour price.
No refunds or credits will be allowed for any unused package elements. If package prices have been misprinted or misquoted, the customer will be offered the correct price or may cancel with a full refund. If your trip is cancelled by Club Choice Ireland, for whatever reason, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
Refunds can only be issued to the payment card originally used to make the booking. If this card is no longer available, the substitute card must belong to the same cardholder and be registered to the same address.
